The Healing Cuisine's Raw Food Chef Certification program is an intensive 3-day course. Master Raw Food Chef Jo will discuss the fundamentals, how and why eating high quality living food is of the utmost importance to the human microbiome for health and longevity.

Learn how to add more bioavailable nutrients and plant sourced proteins into your recipes to create low glycemic delicious full spectrum meals. Learn to incorporate the superfoods and adaptogens into your food and beverages to create instant fast food nutrition.

This course is taught through hands on experience with chef Jo. You will learn to create high protein breakfasts, sweet and savoury snacks, main dishes and rich decadent desserts and the fundamentals principles of raw food preparation techniques including sprouting, marinating, germinating, activating, fermenting and dehydrating.
